Lead Royal Roots Early Learning end to end: licensing and compliance, program quality, staff leadership, family relationships, and daily operations. You are the named manager on our Fraser Health licence and the person our promise of a personalized learning plan for every child runs through. This is our first key hire.

Be the Director's deputy and the engine of daily operations. At roughly 200 children, you keep rooms staffed and compliant, manage scheduling and coverage, support families on the floor, and step fully into the Director's role when they are away. You must be qualified to be left in charge of the centre.

Run the front office and the administrative backbone of the centre: enrollment and registration, billing and tuition, government funding paperwork, family records, parent communication, and day-to-day bookkeeping. You keep the business organized, compliant, and welcoming.

Lead caregiver for our youngest children in the under-three rooms, our most staff-intensive rooms (1:4). Warm, responsive, one-on-one caregiving and secure attachment matter most here. You create a calm, safe, stimulating room where infants and toddlers feel loved and begin a lifelong love of learning.

Certified lead of a three-to-five room (1:8). You plan and deliver a play-based, gamified learning program, guide children's development with warmth and positive guidance, and bring our personalized-learning approach to life every day.

Work under the supervision of a certified Early Childhood Educator to deliver warm care and engaging activities and help the room maintain required ratios. A hands-on role and an excellent path toward full ECE certification, which we actively support.

You help children with extra support needs take full part in everyday room life, build individualized support strategies alongside families and professionals, and coach the team to create a genuinely inclusive centre. This role also supports the documentation tied to inclusive-childcare and Supported Child Development funding.
