Royal Roots Early Learning collects waitlist information to manage your registration and to send opening updates. The information is stored securely, it is not sold, and it is handled under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). The centre is planned for Gilmore Place in Burnaby and is not open.

What is collected and why
The waitlist form asks for the details needed to identify your family, your child or expected due date, your contact information, your preferred language, and whether your address is within 5 km of Gilmore Place. Those details are used to manage the registration, to confirm the email on the form, and to send opening updates.
Job applications sent to Jobs@royalrootslearning.ca are used to consider applicants for published roles. They are not mixed into the program waitlist.
What we do not do
Registration information is not sold. It is not used as a public list of families. A funded-place application is not part of this form, and this policy does not describe one.
Retention, access, and correction
A fixed retention period has not been published. Royal Roots keeps registration details while they are needed to manage the waitlist and opening updates. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion by emailing hello@royalrootslearning.ca.
This page will be updated if the kinds of information collected change before opening. Licensing status, fees, and hours are not personal information and are published on their own pages when they exist.
